Casey is a savvy realtor. She guided us in the land hunt. She knew when we could make a lower offer and when we needed to come in at full ask to secure the land we wanted.
Ronnie was excellent at helping us determine a good piece of land and identify a plot that would work for our plan. They both made themselves readily available and we always felt like a priority. As first time home buyers/builders I had MANY questions. I sometimes emailed a few times in one day. Their office staff was prompt and quick to help me through the process.
Everyone they sub contracted with was wonderful. We were pleased with the process. Obviously there are some uncertainties with building a new home and we are glad we had the guidance of Ronnie through that. They were trustworthy and professional and I would recommend them.
